Shipping and Payment Policies

Shipping and Payment terms:

For delivery exclusively by e-mail (worldwide), we do not charge any shipping costs. This means that you will receive the delivery by e-mail or via a link communicated by e-mail. You can use this link to download the delivery (e.g. area measurement with floor plan and area calculation).

Delivery times: Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer or individually agreed, the delivery will take place within approx. 7-14 days after the complete area measurement of the property has taken place on site, a complete inspection of the property in the course of a property valuation and all the necessary documents are available or, if necessary, with all necessary documents are available for a property valuation without inspection.

Depending on the service, there are different delivery times, which are described in more detail on www.groundfllor24.shop. Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. reserves the right to adjust delivery times at any time.

The delivery takes place via e-mail or a download link communicated via e-mail. You will receive the final invoice in advance by email. After receipt of payment of the final invoice, you will receive the delivery by e-mail or a download link sent by e-mail.

Deliveries on request by mail: We calculate the shipping costs for this as a flat rate as follows: EUR 35.00 (including statutory VAT, If applicable). The whole amount is to pay in advance.

Terms of payment: 50% of the price of the selected service (e.g. area measurement with floor plan and area calculation, also property valuation and/or short report) must be paid in the online shop with the order or in advance, the final payment is made before delivery (e.g. area measurement with floor plan and area calculation) or before the download of the delivery is approved.

For the service EXPRESS APPOINTMENT IN THE NEXT 5 WORKING DAYS the whole amount of 590.00 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) is to pay in advance.

The fee for to procure and obtain Official Information and Documents for Market Price Valuations and/or Short Reports is 550 Euro plus all additional Government Fees, State and County Fees, Municipal and Office Fees for the Information and Documents. The whole amount of 750 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) is to pay in advance. The above additional fees will be charged in the final invoice.

Accepted payment options:

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), Debit Cards, PayPal Payments, Pay Shop (credit card, Apple Pay, Giropay, and others) Amazon Pay and Direct Bank Transfer or Direct Banking. We are adding successively more Payment Options, so it can be Change. If you can not pay in the online shop Checkout please let us know and we will help you or provide you with our Business Bank Account Details. 


If activities that go beyond the original offer of the commercial customer or consumer are desired, it is agreed that these are generally subject to payment. Additional activities will be remunerated at an hourly rate of EUR 130.00 including statutory VAT, if applicable. A fee of EUR 0.70 including statutory VAT, if applicable, is agreed for each additional kilometer driven.

If a property is not accessible despite prior agreement of an appointment (waiting time maximum 30 minutes), the commercial customer or consumer has to pay a flat-rate expense allowance of EUR 130.00, including statutory VAT, if applicable. Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. can offset this expense allowance against (down) payments received.

Any cancellation/ revoke made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of at least 300.00 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor, credit card and/or bank transfer provider, also other provider and third parties charges us a fee for cancellations. Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. can offset this replacement with (down) payments received.

If the contract is revoked by a consumer within the statutory cancellation period (14 days statutory cancellation period in the European Union), for example regarding the creation of area measurements, area calculations, floor plan.creations or property valuation, Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. before, for expenses already made, which were made with the knowledge of the consumer, that Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. has already begun to demand compensation from the consumer with the performance of the contract. Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. can offset this replacement with (down) payments received. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of at least 300.00 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor, credit card and/or bank transfer provider, also other provider and third parties charges us a fee for cancellations.

For certain services, Groundfloor2 Ltd. on behalf of Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. or Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. uses third parties to fulfill their contractual obligations. This involves, for example, the creation of area measurements, area calculations and the creation of floor plans. In relation to commercial customers or consumers, Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. is Contractual partner in relation to the aforementioned services and is responsible for all contractual main and ancillary service obligations.

 

Following fees are mandatory if the order is canceled or revoked.

  • 300.00 Euro within 14 days of the order, regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) 
  • 75% of the whole amount of the order after 14 days of order
  • 75% of the whole amount of the order one day before arranged appointment/ viewing of the property
  • 100% of the whole amount of the order and also all additional units, square metre and other relevant Things in combination with the order after the appointment/ viewing of the property 


For certain services, Groundfloor2 Ltd. on behalf of Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. or Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. uses third parties to fulfill their contractual obligations. This involves, for example, the creation of area measurements, area calculations and the creation of floor plans. In relation to commercial customers or consumers, Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. is Contractual partner in relation to the aforementioned services and is responsible for all contractual main and ancillary service obligations.
