We offer you an area measurement including area calculation and the creation of floor plans by our experts (experts, architects, civil engineers or real estate experts) on site for all residential and commercial properties.

Q. DO YOU OFFER FLAT RATE FEES?

We are offering flat rate fees for property valuation, area Measurements, calculations and floor plan creations, so you know what you pay:

Since we prepare in Germany property valuations and short reports and work together with a nationwide network of experts, we do not charge any travel expenses. For almost 100% of all orders, after the order has been specified, we agree on a flat fee based on the fees on www.groundfloor24.shop. We believe this is the fairest course of action so you know what you pay and we know what we get. In essence, one could say about the fee table that the higher we estimate, the more we would have earned. However, this approach seems illogical to us, since the market value (impartial, independent, neutral, objective and without personal interest) is to be determined and the fee is not to be increased by a high rating. So be careful with offers purely based on fee tables, by hours (then the expert can take his time), basic fee plus percentage or per thousand details (this is how the experts work quite often), because you never know what you will get later should/must/have to pay.

We are offering flat rate fees for property valuations, so you know what you pay:

For example:

1.499 Euro Market Price Valuation including one Unit (Residential Properties)

The initial payment is 50% (749.50 Euro) in advance with the order. The final invoice is 1.499 Euro. If there is an special legal burden/right, for example lifelong right of residence, we charge for each of them an extra fee of 800 Euro. That means in such construction the final invoice is 2.299 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable).

For example, if the property is an two-family house or single-family house with granny flat, means in total 2 units in the same property, then would be the final invoice 2.149 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) (1.499 Euro for the first unit plus 650 Euro for the second unit).


If ordered in our Online Shop www.groundfloor24.shop each additional unit costs 650 Euro in the same property, for example If not ordered before, the Customer can before or while the Property Viewing Order online the needed additional Units or If not possible, signs in written Form.

If you order more additional units in the same property you will get an discount of 10% on additional units, if the minimum order value is 1.300 Euro.

 

We are offering flat rate fees for Area Measurements, Calculations and Floor Plan Creations, so you know what you pay:

For example:

1.450 Euro for Area Measurements and Calculations - one unit (living area calculation, e.g. flat, town house, detached house or usable area calculation, e.g. Office, Shop) up to 100m² plus 7.00 Euro/m² for more than 100m². The initial payment is 50% (725 Euro) in advance with the order.

The final invoice is based on the determined total area of the unit (1.450 Euro flat rate up to 100m², plus 7.00 Euro/m² for more). For example, the detached house has 165m² total living area, then is the total price 1.905.00 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) (1.450 Euro plus 65m² * 7.00 Euro/m² = 455.00 Euro). - If the unit is a commercial office or shop the price would be the same.

If ordered in our Online Shop www.groundfloor24.shop each additional unit costs 725 Euro flat rate up to 100m², plus 7.00 Euro/m² for more) in the same property. If not ordered before, the Customer can before or while the Property Viewing Order online the needed additional Units or If Not possible, signs in written Form.

If you order more additional units in the same property you will get an discount of 10% on additional units, if the minimum order value is 1.300 Euro.

 

Q. HOW IS THE WORK PROCESS?

  • If feasible, approx. 1 to 3 photos of the outside (not absolutely necessary, only to be able to find the property locally, e.g. in new development areas where there are no street signs or house numbers yet)

Next Steps:

  • We will contact you to arrange an appointment.
  • If the property is in one of the European Union Countries: if you have not yet confirmed with the order in the online shop www.groundfloor24.shop that we should start immediately with the commissioned or ordered service or services and your right of objection expires with complete execution, we request this aforementioned declaration with regard to your 14-day period right to object.
  • Access to the Property during the arranged appointment.
  • Creations of your order, e.g. area calculations, floor plan creations.
  • Sending the final invoice to you via email.
  • If we received the final payments, then you will receive your created order via email and/or email link, where you can download your order.

Q. HAVE THE CUSTOMER SOMETHING TO PREPARE?

Only for Property Valuations, mainly Short Reports:

You will Receive an Email regarding all necessary information and documents like Land Register, Area Calculation, Overview of the relevant modernizations, ect., who are needed for the Property Valuation.

 

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), Debit Cards, PayPal Payments, Pay Shop (credit card, Apple Pay, Giropay, and others) Amazon Pay and Direct Bank Transfer or Direct Banking. We are adding successively more Payment Options, so it can be Change. If you can not pay in the online shop Checkout please let us know and we will help you or provide you with our Business Bank Account Details. 

 

Q. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 

Q. DELIVERY TIME?

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer or individually agreed, the delivery will take place within approx. 7-14 days after the complete area measurement of the property has taken place on site, a complete inspection of the property in the course of a property valuation and all the necessary documents are available or, if necessary, with all necessary documents are available for a property valuation without inspection.

Depending on the service, there are different delivery times, which are described in more detail on www.groundfllor24.shop. Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. reserves the right to adjust delivery times at any time.

 

Q. THERE ARE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?

In General there are no additional costs.

The additional costs, for example for additional units, additional services like Express Appointment, Legal Extra Burdens/Rights, Obtain and Procure Property information and documents, additional square metre are described in the product descriptions in our online shop.

The following fees can be charged.

If a property is not accessible despite prior agreement of an appointment (waiting time maximum 30 minutes), the commercial customer or consumer has to pay a flat-rate expense allowance of EUR 130.00, including statutory VAT, if applicable. Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. can offset this expense allowance against (down) payments received.

If activities that go beyond the original offer of the commercial customer or consumer are desired, it is agreed that these are generally subject to payment. Additional activities will be remunerated at an hourly rate of EUR 130.00 including statutory VAT, if applicable. A fee of EUR 0.70 including statutory VAT, if applicable, is agreed for each additional kilometer driven.

 

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Any cancellation/ revoke made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of at least 300.00 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor, credit card and/or bank transfer provider, also other provider and third parties charges us a fee for cancellations. Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. can offset this replacement with (down) payments received.

If the contract is revoked by a consumer within the statutory cancellation period (14 days statutory cancellation period in the European Union), for example regarding the creation of area measurements, area calculations, floor plan.creations or property valuation, Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. before, for expenses already made, which were made with the knowledge of the consumer, that Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. has already begun to demand compensation from the consumer with the performance of the contract. Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. can offset this replacement with (down) payments received. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of at least 300.00 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor, credit card and/or bank transfer provider, also other provider and third parties charges us a fee for cancellations.

For certain services, Groundfloor2 Ltd. on behalf of Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. or Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. uses third parties to fulfill their contractual obligations. This involves, for example, the creation of area measurements, area calculations and the creation of floor plans. In relation to commercial customers or consumers, Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. is Contractual partner in relation to the aforementioned services and is responsible for all contractual main and ancillary service obligations.

 

Following fees are mandatory if the order is canceled or revoked.

  • 300.00 Euro within 14 days of the order, regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) 
  • 75% of the whole amount of the order after 14 days of order
  • 75% of the whole amount of the order one day before arranged appointment/ viewing of the property
  • 100% of the whole amount of the order and also all additional units, square metre and other relevant Things in combination with the order after the appointment/ viewing of the property 

 

Q. CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Promotion and discount codes can be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise, also with our Gift Cards.

Q. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, we do not have Customer accounts on our Online Shop. Everything is working in our CRM (Customer Relation Management System).
